They will not ship your product! They will not reply to emails. Awful awful company

As I read other recent comments, I too ordered on April 27, 2020 and have not received the products I ordered (value $134.25) nor has the company responded to my emails or numerous messages left on their phone. Since I am now "part of the SNOW family" does this make me the black sheep that nobody talks to? Kinda feels that way! The last automated email I received today, May 25, 2020 stated the order is delayed 12-15 days from order date, but on their telephone recording it states 3 weeks from order date. Either way, I believe it is time that I contact my bank and put in a fraud report to have my money refunded and contact the Atty. General's office to file a complaint. Or maybe I'll just swing by Gronk's house (he lives by my sister) and have him refund me! He should be more careful to what he endorses. If this is being part of the family, I'd rather be an orphan!

I'm very angry due to the delay of this product. I paid over £100. Ordered 24.04.2020 to be shipped to London. Nothing until now....

I wasn't sure how long it would take to start whitening, so I did it for a week and did not notice anything. Then I read on their website that you should notice something after the first application. Nope. They say it's guaranteed but they don't tell you how to redeem the guarantee - get your money back - if you don't think the product works.

So MAD! Ordered on the 25TH of April, HAVE NOT Received! No response from their customer service email system, No response when you call their phone number which I have called 100 times they will not answer the phone You either get a recording or it just rings and rings and rings, rip off company! total scam! calling my American Express and let them deal with it I should’ve figured that when I seen the advertisement on Facebook I should’ve known better! Buyers beware stay away!

My rating is based on customer after care. I have nothing but praise for the product itself. After using the product for about eight weeks my mouthpiece stopped working, I've tried to contact snow on various occasions over the course of a couple of weeks and as of yet have had no reply. So all the good work the product had initially done is unfortunately on standby. I find it frustrating that when you want to purchase something from these companies you can get hold of them at the drop of a hat, but when you have an issue with the product you get no response.

ABSURD. Don't waste your money
