I was trying to order a deal but the code wasn't working. I emailed snow and they got back to me that same day with the discount code, unfortunately that then added shipment cost but the gentleman that assisted me happily refunded me the shipment. Brent was a pleasure to communicate with. He was so helpful.

Love the 2nd gen wireless kit. Mine started having problems about 2 months after I got it. Customer service were great, and came up with a back up solution as they were out of stock for a replacement. My replacement now on the way :-):-) Since I started using my snow system, I keep getting compliments on how great my teeth look. Not bad for a 68 year old!!!!

Great teeth whitening, with zero sensitivity, which has been a problem in the past for me. So much so I still ordered the sensitivity serum, which I ended up not needing at all, just using for the extra strength I guess on my second go through!

I have used Snow Whitening for several years and loved the product. Recently, my LED mouthpiece stopped working. I contacted customer service and Brent responded within minutes. He sent a replacement. Friendly and fast service!
