7 days into Snow Teeth Whitening and my teeth look bright and white. I had my teeth whitened at the dentist in the 90s and they held up pretty well but I noticed recently that they were a bit dull and slightly yellowed from coffee/wine. Snow Teeth is easy and I did the process 20 minutes a day for 7 days. Excellent product and customer service

I received the watermelon toothpaste, the birthday cake toothpaste, bubblegum rinse & kids toothbrushes. My kids flipped when I showed them. It was straight to the bathroom to try everything out. They decided the watermelon “was sooo yummy” which works for me since it’s the one with fluoride. The rinse was “super yummy”. Both kids brushed their teeth 3 times tonight. I’ll be ordering in the very near future if we keep up that pace.

This was my first order from Snow Teeth Whitening. I placed my order in mid-December, but it had not arrived by the end of the month, nor had I received any shipping information. I emailed customer service at Snow. My email was polite but firm, requesting shipping information for my order. In less than 24 hours, I received an email from Ian explaining the shipping delay. However, he assured me that it would ship within 24 to 48 hours. He was polite, friendly, and prompt to reply. My order shipped in the window he provided, and it arrived earlier than expected. Snow Teeth Whitening has the best customer service I have ever encountered. I love my products, especially the Fresh Mint Whitening toothpaste. It is cruelty-free, which I did not know when I purchased it, but now I will only buy this toothpaste. I strongly recommend trying Snow Teeth Whitening. Rest assured, if you encounter any issue, you are in exceptional hands with this team.

Great product and great customer service.

I have had my Snow for over a year and my mouthpiece broke. The Snow team was super nice and responded very quickly when I emailed them. When I provided proof of purchase they mailed me a new one free of charge that arrived within a couple days!! It was awesome!! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these folks have it. And the product is really good too.😂

I've had this product for a while and have enjoyed great results. It's been in my drawer for a while and my teeth have gotten stained with coffee and red wine. When I went to use it again the mouthpiece had stopped working. Thinking that I was out of luck I decided to email Snow just to see what they would do. I got an email back in 15 minutes offering to send me a free replacement mouthpiece and wanting to confirm my address. Amazing customer service!

I love this product! I've been using if for awhile now & when the cord broke on the mouthpiece, customer service was VERY helpful & understanding! They even sent me a replacement :-)
