The customer service at this organization was extraordinary. In today's environment there are a lot of delays, very little human connection and Covid gets blamed for everything. My expectations were low and I was ready to be hassled. I requested the mouthpiece be replaced as it had stopped working. Emily was on it immediately and I had a replacement in my hands 4 days later. Amazing! I love this product and can see a huge difference in only 8 sessions. Try it, you too will love it!

I was having trouble with my teeth whitening kit, specifically the UV light. I emailed customer service and the very next day Emily, reached out and sorted out the problem by sending me a new one!

Purchased on the 25th of December, dispatched on the 29th, received on the 8th of January. Absolutely incredible if you ask me considering i live in the Highlands, Scotland. Noticed a big difference on the 1st application, especially on the 2nd.. Each every application so far I'm noticing a lot of difference for sure. Expensive yes, but most definitely worth every penny. Ignore the haters who are not doing it properly, IT WORKS!
