I was unsure what color wireless teeth whitening kit I ordered so I sent a email to see if snow could help me figure it out and the response back was quick and very helpful!!!!

I take the health and beauty of my teeth seriously, and learned about Snow a few months ago through social media. I have been a long time consumer of whitening strips made by a toothpaste company, but my teeth were left hypersensitive for days afterwards. I have been using snow daily for a few weeks now, and have had no sensitivity issues, and I can see results already! I love how simple the system is to use. Snow will be the gift I get everyone for Christmas this year 😊

They responded immediately to my issue with my wireless mouthpiece.

Very fast and efficient. I wrote a customer request for replacement info and got an email and solution the same day. Really impressed as I bought my system almost 2 years ago.
