Do not order. They charge an arm and a leg and do not have the decency to return emails. Their automated email claimed that the delay would be “1-2 weeks” and it’s been over a month. I decided to write a comment on their Instagram where THEY BLOCKED ME! Save your money :/

Horrible. I asked for a simple update on my order and still have not gotten a reply from these people. They took $140 but can’t reply to an email I sent over a month ago? I will be opening a dispute with my Credit Card company, this is theft and not acceptable. I will be taking my money else where to a company that cares.

I have not received my order, or confirmation of shipping. I cannot get any response from this company about the status, yet they charged me right away. It has been over a month since I ordered. I just got an ad that SNOW is now available at Best Buy. why don't I just get it there? going to have my credit card dispute the charges if I don't hear back yet again today with an update on my order.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a product on 24th of April and my order is still waiting to be processed. They won't reply to any of my emails and completely ignore customers! First time I order with Snow and already regret it!! Horrible, horrible, horrible... at least communicate with your customers!! Corona crisis has not been this much of an issue for any other company shipping products!
