I started using the snow whitening mouthpiece and I was starting to notice my teeth getting whiter and then the lights stopped working on it. I sent an email and they replaced it it very quickly. Great customer service and great product

Thanks my teeth whitener was faulty and wouldn’t charge or turn on when I got it. It was replaced without question. Being on the other side of the world I though it would be difficult getting it replaced. 10 out off 10

I am a first time user of SNOW and am most impressed with the outstanding customer service. I called to inquire as to the estimated arrival time of the product I had ordered. I received both an prompt answer on the phone followed up by an email with tracking details and an apology for the confusion. I had an additional inquiry as to the 2 for 1 promo as I had only received a single box. Again, the customer service was exceptional and was advised that an order for additional box had been processed and apologized for the confusion. SNOW’s customer service is exemplary.

Amazing customer service. They were having a BOGO sale, but I only received one kit. I emailed support, and within minutes Brent G. replied to inform me he was manually shipping another kit to me.
