I ordered my Whitening Kit back in May of 2021. I am embarrassed to say I was not consistent with using it, although I definitely was seeing results! I recently decided I really needed to use it faithfully, and after using it a few times, my device stopped working. I was pretty bummed and figured I would reach out to the company to see if I could possibly get a discount on a replacement. Well MUCH to my surprise, I received an email from customer service letting me know that they would send a replacement out to me!! WHAT?!! How awesome is that!! Even after all of that time had passed by, the company was still willing to stand by their product and send me a replacement! I love doing business with companies that treat their customers right...so now I am waiting on the LED toothbrush I ordered to arrive too!! (Gotta support a great company!!)
