BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM SNOW ! Wow, does this company stink. They take your money and then don't ship you the product. I placed an order and got a confirmation that stated it would be shipped within 3 days. Over a week later, I complained via email. I had to send 4 emails (the last one was worded strongly) before I even got a response from them! And what does the guy tell me??? "Things have changed since you placed your order" I emailed back asking for an expedite based on the confirmation and they said no. I cancelled the order and will buy something else. Worked great for 10 days wireless mouthpiece burned out day 11 all there phone numbers don't work and emails not returned

I ordered the wireless system. According to the information they provide once the mouth piece is fully charged the snowflake on the charging port will turn solid blue and charging would take no mor ethan 3 hours. Imagine my surprise hours later when I notice the snowflake is still blinking! I open it up and the mouth piece is HOT! I called customer service, they said that I had overcharged the mouthpiece! Really? Not according to their instructions, I was supposed to wait until the snowflake was solid blue. Would my house had burned down if I hadn't noticed? So they finally agreed to send a new unit, and gave me a return label, and once the PO scanned the package I would be shipped a new unit. I follow up the next day once I shipped the package. Customer service tells me that they will expedite shipping to make up for my troubles, and give me a free gold whitening serum. I checked my account, no order for the free gold extra strength serum exists. I called them back the following day to ask where is the order for the free gift that was promised, they talked in circles and gave me the run around. Once I get tracking for the replacement unit, I noticed they lied about the speed of shipping. I call to ask why did they promise to expedite shipping and not do it, why did they promise a free gift and not give it? So this time I was promised a partial refund for all my troubles. Guess what? No follow up email about the partial refund that it has been initiated. So it appears customer service will say anything to shut you up and get you off the phone. I can't comment on the quality of the device since mine broke after only three days. Maybe I got a defective device? I am just not trusting customer service because they never send a follow up email.

I ordered and was immediately charged $232 for my purchase on 5/20/20 .... It is now July 21, 2020 and I have yet to receive the product .... Considering what is going on ... I waited to contact them. When I did, I was informed my order is unfulfilled because they had an incomplete address. .... how that could be since you have to confirm your billing address which they had no trouble since they charged me the very same day I placed the order. I made sure this time they tell me exactly what address they have on file .... the customer service was very apologetic and assured me, my order will be accelerated since I have waited so long ... isn't that nice? WRONG. Fast forward 2 weeks later ... still no product ... Called them again ... This time they told me my address is wrong since they have Hickory, NC ... not even geographically close and I have never had an NC address .... after they acknowledged the error and found my order ... told my order is still unfulfilled ... and they will accelerate it ... asked to speak to a supervisor but was told the supervisor was at the warehouse and is not available ... undoubtedly trying to ship my order to Hickory .... I was getting all upset to hear the same song and dance excuses .... customer service told me he understands coz he can see it in my eyes ... WHAT? .... I was calling from my phone .... they will say anything to try and pacify you except to send your order .... All these excuses ... no product but without fail ... they have no problem sending me emails about their product .... stay tuned.

Ordered 1st May. Order apparently shipped 4th June but the tracking information just says "carrier delays" when I have asked Snow to follow up with the shipping company they just screenshot the same tracking information I have access to. I've asked for a refund but that is being ignored currently. To add insult to injury I am being bombarded with marketing emails. Absolutely rubbish service, don't go near them with a barge pole!

I mean... how can you possibly review something when it stops working after 2 goes. Absolute joke! Took 8 weeks to arrive, so that got my back right up! Asks you to update the software then bam... mouthpiece completely dead, doesn’t even turn on complete waste of $300.

I like the product. It is great, when it worked!!!. Unfortunately, the wireless charger stop working and I have not been able to find anyone over the phone or get a reply to my email about troubleshooting the unit or getting a repair. Very frustrating.

It is amusing the CEO is posting what appear to be fake promotional pictures with Kayne and Elon Musk but there are all these complaints that people cant even get their orders on time.
