Mouth piece does not turn on easily. Says to shake once. Does not turn on with a shake, pause, or a second shake. Have to tap to get it awake so phone app will find it. App does not function correctly. Closes app constantly. Want to love it but not user friendly on start up.

Received in a timely manner. Would make more sense to solicit reviews after people have had a chance to use….. I’ve had a chance to use for several days. I’m not sure the light does anything, teeth aren’t whiter yet. However this toothbrush is definitely weaker and less thorough than sonicare, which I’ve been using for years. This toothbrush doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything, teeth don’t feel clean. Asked customer service if these brushes do as good a job, no response yet.Needless to say, I put my old Sonicare back on the charger.
