I purchased a Snow whitening kit and went home to use to find the tubes had leaked in the box. I wrote to customer service and I received an immediate reply! The reply was apologetic, understanding and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. That was the perfect example of how customer service should be. Most companies could learn from this. I’m over the moon happy with the product and their customer service.

I got it pretty quickly and no issues…
I got it pretty quickly and no issues at all. I love it so far cause I have never seen a toothbrush whiten your teeth while brushing them. Also I like how it won’t turn off till the 2 minute mark because that helps me brush them for the right amount of time.

Great Customer Service …
My snow whitening system was working great, giving excellent results. It stopped working one day for no apparent reason. I reached out to customer service and they replaced my unit immediately. Fantastic customer service! I plan to purchase additional units for my family members.
