Two months after the order no shipment and no updates on any shipment. The acknowledgement of order mentioned 3 days. So I finally asked for a refund twice and no reply so far. Conclusion: dishonest supplier. Update on February 11. Finally after the fourth email, Zach at support replied and issued a credit. Somewhat good ending for a bad situation. Arduous process and a money losing proposition for non-US buyers as the credit card exchange rate between buying and selling US$ is quite different, so a 10% loss!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I received the generation 2 wireless whitening system and charged it for an entire day before I realized this thing is a piece of junk. I called the next morning and after a very long wait/hold I finally got a Customer Service representative. I explained the situation that the unit will not charge and I can't get a connection to the app. It was so frustrating to try and understand her to begin with due to her very broken English and strong Asian accent. I had to have her repeat everything she was saying and this added to my frustration and waste of time. She told me that she didn't want me to return the item, but to follow the instructions in the email she was sending for a basic trouble shoot. I reluctantly agreed and opened her email to find that the instructions were not appropriate for the situation, of course! You can only do the trouble shoot with a CHARGED unit. Then I viewed the YouTube videos she sent links to and they weren't for the unit I purchased but for the older version, of course!!! So several emails and phone messages later, after being on hold for an extremely ridiculous time, and no response from anyone...I am a very unhappy customer! They blow you off and waste your time with incompetence and complete disregard for the customer. The wireless unit is JUNK. Customer Service is worse than any other company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered over a month ago with little to no updates. Finally had someone contact me and I requested an estimated ship date or I would place order elsewhere. They subsequently cancelled my order and then stopped responding. Don't waste your time on these US jokers and buy elsewhere.

Not impressed at all. Ordered over a month ago still hasn’t arrived or have had any indication of shipping. Tried emailing but have had the same automated replies absolute worst company I have ever ordered from. Awful customer service! Ordered on December 31. Appreciate that it is an overseas order so it would not be straight away. I am yet to receive any indication it even shipped. Despite emailing them twice and sending another message on their Facebook account I have had zero responses. I’m worried this is a scam. I’m going to request a refund at this point as I have lost any confidence in their customer service.

Ordered the teeth whitening kit. It has been a month and still has not shipped. When I inquire, I just receive automated messages. With the exact same responses. I requested my order to be canceled and a refund to my card. No reply. I will call my card to report them. I googled mapped the business address and they do not have an actual office. I think it’s a rented warehouse or something.

A photo-catalyst is an ingredient that accelerates teeth whitening when exposed to light by breaking down peroxide faster due to its interaction with light. Genuine teeth whitening products utilize a light for this reason. 52. Defendants’ teeth whitening serum sold on the Home Shopping Network does not contain any photo-catalyst. Their stated ingredients are “hydrogen peroxide, carbamide peroxide, glycerol, deionized water, sodium bicarbonate, carbomer, potassium nitrate, peppermint oil,” none of which is a photo-catalyst. 53. Defendants lies are so brazen that they falsely claim on their website that “Snow® is the only formula engineered to react to the LED technology to accelerate whitening.” Not only is Defendants’ product not formulated to react to light to accelerate whitening, competitor products are in fact clinically proven to react to light and accelerate the whitening process. 57. Upon information and belief, the LED light included with Defendants’ Fraudulent Whitening Devices can be purchased on Alibaba.com for a mere fraction of the price Defendants’ charge customers to purchase their Fraudulent Whitening Devices. Defendants Misrepresent Snow’s Awards and Recognition 59. In December 2019, Defendants claimed through Snow’s various social media accounts that Snow was awarded “Allure’s Best of Beauty Award for 2019”; Defendants’ announcement incorporated the logo of Allure magazine.

I bought the Snow Wireless teeth whitener kit which only ever worked the once! I have tried to get them to send me a replacement but they just make empty promises and a disgusting after sales service. All they want is your mi ey then they turn their back on you! Beware of this company a complete scam!!!
