Spent over $400 for their wireless mouth piece kit. A month later it broke and trying to get a hold of them was a nightmare. Finally got in touch with someone of their social media page on Instagram. Was told the wireless replacement was out of stock so they were going to send me a corded one until it came back in. It took over a month for the temporary replacement. Few months go bye and no wireless piece. Messaged them again on Instagram with no reply even though they’d seen my message. They are now ignoring my messages through socials and emails. I would never purchase or trust anything they sell ever again as the after service on replacement is shocking and they just ignore you. $400 down the drain

Update on this review. Z a c h reached out to me after this review and I quote "Thank you for your feedback on Trustpilot. It sucks to see what you wrote rather than reaching out to us!". My response "It sucks that you ignored my emails that forced me to leave a bad review". He said they never received my emails to their support address despite this being the same address that somebody used to tell me how to return my item. So clearly I can't see how that makes any sense. He sorted out the credit and the company deducted 15% from the value for a "restocking fee". At no point did anybody tell me this. So I have had to pay for international return shipping AND lose 15% of the value of the order returned. The kit I returned was sealed. Let's also not forget that the ONLY reason I had to return a kit is because their online ordering system did not show my original order on their web page or by email. The email turned up much later by which time I had placed another order having no confirmation of the first. It was not clear that I had 2 "live" orders. The failure of the company to give two hoots or want to do anything to improve my experience with them says it all. There are other, just as good, teeth whitening products on the market that you can get in the UK without having to experience poor American customer service. Nothing personal against Z a c h, he is just doing what he is told but what an absolute shambles Snow Teeth Whitening is. The actual product is ok although the results are not as good as pictures on their website. However, due to a glitch in their online ordering system I ended up with 2 kits. So I returned one to them at the beginning of April using a tracked and signed for delivery service. They received the order on 15th April and it was signed for by someone at Snow. Two weeks later I still have no refund and their customer support is unresponsive. Unless someone reads this and bothers to respond I have to fill in a form with my credit card company so they can query the transaction and I can get the refund. Not impressed Snow! In case anyone at Snow feels like doing the right thing the order number I returned is #SNOW50552311.

Just don’t, they seem to be taking more orders than they are able to fulfil. I waited 2 weeks while my order sat at processing. I ended up cancelling after being told after 7 days my order would ship within the next few days, they had stock issues. Then still nothing... many of the bad reviews seem to be from U.K. customers.

Ordered this almost a month ago and still showing as 'Being processed', was told it would be shipped within 1-3 days. Attempted to contact on numerous occasions and still no further forward. Going to have to contact the bank to reverse the charge to get my money back. 😔

Ordered 1 year supply of whitening and LED light with mouthpiece. Got the whitening sticks, which took about 4 weeks, and did not get the mouthpiece. Emailed service and spoke with Zach, who is extremely unprofessional and rude, to say the least. Asked when I should receive my mouthpiece 14 days ago, and was promised it would be sent out in a week. 1 week later, still don't have any tracking information for this item. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, and still have no response. Requested a return and refund instead due to the inconvenience, and was advised that I would get a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from my refund automatically. Never have I ever heard of this, let alone the fact that this is completely out of my control, and shouldn't have to wait months on end for my order to be completed. As I haven't been getting anywhere, I sent this similar message to their reviews on facebook, which has been removed. Note, if you try and look at customer reviews, there are none, apparently. As this was deleted, I attempted to write to them on one of their advertisements on facebook. This was removed and I am blocked from commenting further. I have though, been able to write my comments on their Instagram, which was about a month ago, and they have replied to other's questions, but haven't bothered to acknowledge mine. Please don't give yourself the headache with ordering from them. This is a nightmare, and also feels like a scam. Just go anywhere else. I have read many reviews from their competitors, and clearly shows many have the same frustrations with this company and have gone elsewhere, for the same results and a fraction of the price.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Paid $200, 3 months ago, still no product. 3 weeks of requesting a refund - not 1 response, the last response I got was that they put the $200 package in a US postal service mailbox - without tracking and expected it to turn up at my doorstep, 7000 miles away and when it didn't its just tough luck. Still waiting on even 1 response to my emails asking for refunds. Stole $200 of my money during this economic turmoil. SHAMEFUL. Worst customer service I've ever seen and i'm out $200!

Fraud, done 2 orders. Not delivered and no tracking number. no one responds to messaging to get a refund. DO NOT USE. It is basically a scam.
