I contacted snow customer service after my light began working intermittently (believe it had a short in the wire). I wasn’t sure if they would even do anything as I did not have my receipt or the date it was purchased. I took a shot and emailed and received a response within MINUTES! They sent me a new light right away and I couldn’t be happier. What amazing customer service!

I've been using the mouthwash for a few months now and I love it! It has whitened my teeth (I do use the whitening strips as well) and doesn't burn your mouth like normal alcohol mouthwash does. It also doesn't have any weird filmy after taste either. Thank you SNOW!!
