I had Called/Emailed with Questions about the Products Before I made my order, which were answered and a follow up was made to me to make sure My questions were answered. So I felt Confident in ordering. Once I received my order, somethings were not correct so when I left a review and mentioned this, I was immediately contacted. my issues were promptly addressed and resolved. So I really appreciate the "Personalized" attention that I have received. No one is perfect that's true, people make mistakes, but it's how you handle it, that makes a difference.
