I ordered a product from them in November. We are now in January and I haven’t received the product yet. I tried to get hold of them to assist with tracking the order but they are not responding to my last 3 emails. Very disappointed with the service considering the price of the product. I don’t even know if I will ever get what I paid for.

This is the second time my address has been mixed up. Given the fact my address was confirmed by yourselves by way of a confirmation invoice/email. I have payed for the product/s so this is really unacceptable. Believe it or not I dislike leaving bad reviews but my emails are ignored and I am sure this happens to other people. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I HAVE HAD ENOUGH

Having had this product since May/June time possibly later 2021, and only used half a dozen times, I’m totally disgusted that the cable now no longer works and does not light up! Considering the cost of the complete kit I ordered (around £150 or so ) I’d expect a WAY LONGER life expectancy! The cable and full kit has been more than well looked after and have actually had the cable hung up so as no kinks would affect the performance of the mouthpiece, had I known this would happen I’d have never ordered especially in view of the VERY MIXED reviews often negative on here PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! UPDATE 6/1/22 still awaiting from their atrocious customer service! Despite their site advising they “typically” reply in a day!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

I placed my order on 22 November 2021 (an order to be delivered to Hong Kong) and for the longest time my status was still "processing". I wrote to the support email address of Snow around the second week of December and received no response. I went to track my order today (4 January 2022) and it finally showed that it was shipped on 28 December 2021. I then clicked on the tracking link and typed in the tracking number I was provided with only to receive a message saying that the tracking number is invalid! I would like to know what the status of my order is and there is nowhere in the chat box where I could have any conversation with anyone. This is just appalling and I will not be recommending this company to any international customers!!!!!!

Total disappointment. Order placed 3rd December still has not arrived. Contacted customer service and was directed to a tracking link with no updates for a week. Very patronising, curt customer service responses. No gift for my husband on Christmas Day. Customer service refunded delivery charge (without me asking) I would have just liked to receive my order !!!! Will never, never use again and will pass my dissatisfaction to all. Update 14th January: 2 weeks post response from snow below and I still have not received my order. I was told that international orders take 20-40 days … this was not outlined to me or I would never have placed an order. The order tracking has not updated since 28th December and I have sent multiple emails requesting a real time update on my order and I have been completely ignored by Snow. I will continue to update here. Update 27th January: my order finally arrived with absolutely no help with tracking from their customer service. Very condescending staff, I am exhausted from the entire ordeal. I haven’t the time or the inclination to report back on the actual product. Would not recommend ordering if expecting international delivery.

First purchase and never received my items. Reached out to Trysnow and they said no refund and I had to fill out a paper to get another one shipped and still nothing! Worst customer service and would not purchase again!

Bad, bad, bad !! It's been three-plus weeks since I paid for my order. It has not been even shipped yet. I called the Customer service numerous times, have not received any more or less clear answer. Asked for a refund, got no answer. Will need to escalate the matter to BBB. Buyers beware!

Horrible company. They do not respond to any customer service emails, and I have sent dozens over the past couple of months. Not one single response. The product is meh - but that's not the issue. They breached my privacy by sharing my data with other companies without my consent. This will now be reported to the regulator. NOTE: I have carefully read the company's privacy policy and have contacted both their customer support and their privacy contact dozens of times, without ONE single response. It's interesting that they now act surprised and only want to help when a public review is posted online. Snow have tried removing this review numerous times now, but they can't be bothered to respond to ONE of my many emails. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Instead of trying to address this and make it right, Snow's marketing department are sending me rude and threatening emails. Trustpilot have looked at the evidence and have verified it but Snow keep calling the review "egregious" and "fraudulent" in their emails to me, trying to intimidate me into removing it. They are all kind when they respond here publicly, but in private emails they're bordering on abusive and upsetting. Totally unacceptable.
