Haven't used the product to review on however their service and system is ridiculous. I placed an order recently during their bogo free deal. There were various bundles including 2 kits or 1 kit and 1 toothbrush. I added the kit and toothbrush to the cart for 149 dollars. Not sure if there was an issue witht the cart system of I accidently added 2 kits, either way once paid I noticed on the confirmation that I had 2 kits! I contacted customers services the same day via Instagram, email and chat via their website. SLOW RESPONSE to all mediums!! The rep via Instagram didn't even know which promotion I was referring to until I sent a screen shot. I had not received shipping confirmation yet therefore asked if this order can be amended as I didn't want 2 kits. Due to their slow response and awfull customer service they eventually told me the order could not be modified and that I would have to wait to receive the order and then refund. HOW CAN AN ORDER NOT BE MODIFIED IF IT CAN BE REFUNDED... IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE!! There's another review further down of a customer who placed an order only for the sale to start the next day and after contacting customers services they were able to "MODIFY" the order and adjust it to the sale price!! Very disappointed in the level of service provided .. no aim to expect your customer to keep coming back and spend more in the future!

I reviewed a few days ago as not getting the customer service others have experienced. I did get a response to advise me that new replacements are being sent but again no communication since despite daily emails. I bought two teeth whitening kits and both LED mouthpieces failed within a week. Over £200 spent, no replacements, poor communication and totally lost confidence in this company. I really dislike giving poor feedback but am at a total loss as to how to get them to respond and information on replacing the mouthpieces. I have even tried overnight the live chat only to be cut off once I start trying to discuss my issue!!

I would give - stars if I could, after spending £400, my items never arrived. So I would think twice before buying from this company!!!!

Absolute rubbish didn’t do anything even after using religiously as stated

I received a rude email from Customer Relations & Marketing Manager while I was enquiring about import duty Taxes $27.61. I asked: Should any goods under £135 have no charge applied when you buy online? This is the email that I received: "All orders incur tax where there is one locally! " No 'hi', no 'regards' and not a proper answer to my question. Furthermore, the manager should avoid using exclamation marks in formal writing.

I ordered a whitening kit from this company and supplied a delivery address. The package was delivered 10 miles from the address and left in a recycling bin in the rain. I received no notification to say it had been delivered so I couldn’t even go and look for it. Customer services will not issue a refund or replacement even though I have proof the package did not make it to my address. Worst customer service I have dealt with ever!!! Avoid Second attempt to re ship and it’s being delivered to the wrong address again. This is after I provided my delivery address over 4 times. Response from customer service at my annoyance ‘contact your bank’. No refund offered considering the two packages were delivered over 10 miles away to 2 random addresses. Never had an issue with deliveries to my address previously! Stressful

Still no assistance. Numerous emails sent, no response. I am just wanting a refund for a product I have not received. I had sent through the forms as requested and still nothing!

This is a great product, however, when there’s an issue with shipment good luck! Spent weeks trying to track package to then learn it was lost in transit, appreciate these things happen. However my customer service experience had been beyond dreadful and continues. I firstly got caught in an admin nightmare and countless emails having to chase - eventually order was reprocessed or so I was advised! A few weeks later, chase the order to be told there’s an issue with global delivery service, when I asked for tracking details told I would be provided those when order was fulfilled!!! (Took several emails and days of chasing to get a response, the x24 hour service response time seems to be waived when you have an issue). Requested a refund and this was processed immediately to the tune of £0. Looks like more wasted hours chasing a phantom order!
