My Snow teeth whitening kit arrived today with a label placed on the outside of the packaging stating “Label correction: Serum Exp 6/23, however on the inside of the packaging the serum expired 8/22. I’ve sent and email requesting a full refund or a non expired replacement. This is not acceptable.

I was sent a kit in July 2022, that I’ve just gone to use only to realise that it expires this month (Aug 2022). This is their response - they’ve called it a ‘misfortune’ and offered to send whitening strips in place of the out of date tooth whitening serum they sent me as part of my kit - absolutely outrageous (the kit says ‘expires’ not best before). They’re clearly palming off out of date stock to clear it off their books - I’ve paid over £100 for a product that will be ineffective. You can be confident that the product remains safe to use, but it just may lose a slight amount of its whitening strength after the date shown. Thank you, Joanna Regards, Joanna Paula from SNOW I’ve gone back to ask for replacement serum that it not about to go out of date, which is what I’ve paid for. I now have a reply from Snow Oral below; I’m already in touch with a customer service rep there, they’ve just stopped responding since I asked for replacement serum and instead sent a survey asking me to rate my experience which is odd as from my perspective this is nowhere to having been resolved.

Where is my delivery? It's been over 3weeks! Why have I not received my package?? I payed almost £100! What is going on?? If there is no solution for this I will report this company and take it further.

Ordered a kit beginning of Nov 2021, got it end of Nov. The mouth piece was faulty, eventually got a replacement after a lot of back and forth with their team. New mouth piece works fine. Hadn’t noticed until last week when I finally came around to using it again (I was really mad about the first interaction so just put it all away) that although their website states the serum is good for 2 years, they’d sent me serum that expired June 2002 (less than 7 months after it arrived) so they’d sent me short dated stock which is now totally useless. I’ve been emailing them for over a week and had no reply to emails, or on live chat (their website still claims ‘a few minutes’ on chat for a response, my chat has been open for three days at this point) so I’m being ignored. Don’t waste your money, I had to fight for a replacement for a faulty item, my serum has expired a year and half earlier than it should have done and they’re now impossible to get hold of.

Really poor customer service, don't respond. I received a shipping email with tracking, and the product has been sitting for over a week at the local delivery company. The tracking said it was due for delivery a week ago. I contacted the shipping company and they said I would need to contact the company I purchased from, and they could request information to get it delivered. Sent emails yesterday and the day before to "support@", and haven't had any response, not even to say they'd received my emails and were working on it. Running out of time to receive before my vacation. And it was a large order.

Effective for us, recommended by my dentist, But Very Disappointed that SNOW sent products that expiring Soon I and my wife have been using Snow daily for a while, and it really works well. However, we are not satisfied at all that we are one of the customers receiving the items that will be expiring soon in just few months after products arrived. I have read another customer (also living in Singapore) complained about the same matter of products expiring too soon. After checking with my dentist whether it is fine to keep using (if the products already expired), my dentist said not recommended at all to do so. We bought 2 kits (both have same Lot No: SM-2106, Expire Date: 2022/07).

My parcel arrived completely opened and two free items missing. The brush on the serum I opened from the sealed box is hard. No customer service to speak of and no direct email address and the help chatbot goes in a circle! Not happy not being able to communicate with a real person. Hoping Snow will review this here as im in the UK. You replied and asked me for information. Your response below says to contact you! I have!! As I’ve said I have contacted your support email with no response. Just rubbish customer service

Do not use their products. It turned my gums black and brown irreversibly, dentist couldn't help me and now my gums have a burning pain constantly. They even refuse to give me my money back. SCAMMERS!!!!
