I tried to place my order during the Black Friday deals. The site kept having errors and telling me to clear my cart if there was an issue. Each time, when I would add more than two items to my cart, it would erase the BOGO deal and charge me full price. I tried reaching out via site messenger, calling, and e-mails but did not get through and did not receive any replies to messages left. The phone lines closed until Monday and the deals were over. Still no response. To be clear, I was ordering 2 or 4 of each item (2nd gen kit, kids electric brushes, etc). I ended up only ordering 2 whitening systems because it was charging me shipping on each additional order when I tried to order each item separately to get the BOGO deal. When I opened my package, there was a “free thank you gift” card with a QR code, which when scanned, brought me here to leave a review. Not impressed with the site nor customer service.

Germany: Ordered in june 2022, received package in july 2022. The dissappointment: expire date: august 2022. Contacted support with photo of my wands, got promised additional whitening strips in new shipment - never received anything. Contacted support in September and October - never got an answer ever again. I tried the wands (easy handling, taste ok), i havent got any results. Maybe because of the expiration date, i dont know, nor will i ever.. For this huge amount of money its total waste! I do not recommend! I want my money back!
