Snow Teeth WhiteningReviews of trysnow.com

I did not order this Snow Whitening. Kit. I sent a query to confirm I won’t be charged, but have not received a response

The below two reviews are from me. They never contacted me! I keep contacting them and I'm getting nothing. Snow! Stop your lies. Contact me because you know you have sent the expired items and never refunded/sent the correct items back. This ha been going on for almost 8 months and I'm getting tired of it.

I emailed to submit a warranty claim on a wireless teeth whiteness kit on January 20. I received a response within 5 days telling me I had 3 different options of products or replacements. I immediate responded with my choice. Between January 26 and March 8 I heard nothing and emailed 5 times asking for a status update as well as sending messages on the Trysnow.com website. I finally received a response on March 8 with a confirmation of shipment. I don't appreciate that I never received any kind of update or response to my inquiries for over 2 months. I feel that had I not been persistent I would have never been able to get a replacement through my warranty as I seemed to have been forgotten and that providing a replacement or responding to a customer wasn't important.

Just opened the teeth whitening gel and nothing came out of the pump even after repeated tries

I was going to place an order and had some questions about the shipping. I’ve sent 3 emails with reminders and not one was answered. So, I thought if they already start like this don’t want to know how they treat their customers if there is a problem with the merchandise. Hence, will buy a different toothbrush!

The shopping cart experience on the website was horrendous. They send daily spam emails. The AI chatbot is 💩 I’ve just received my order in the mail & received x2 ‘claim your free gift’ cards. The QR code doesn’t take me to a process to claim my free gift, rather I’ve been directed *here* to write a Review. I ordered a white unit, but I received a red unit. I wrote to the company asking them to correct the mistake. Still haven’t had it replaced. Each time I wrote to them I just got a standard computer generated response that did not respond to my request. The whole order fulfilment experience / customer care experience is very bad.

I’ve been using the stronger gold tube of whitener everyday for 2 weeks now. I started with 30 minutes and subsequently have been doing between 15-20 minutes each night. I see absolutely NO difference in my teeth. I bought extra whitening solution with my original order, so the total was $175. I bought it on a buy on get one sale so my boyfriend could try it also. He has been doing the same regimen and has also seen no difference. It was a waste of $175!! Don’t buy this product! I wondered how it received so many good reviews…I’m assuming it’s because in order to receive my “free gift” I was instructed to leave a review within 3 days. I’m glad I decided to wait. All I can think of is other people didn’t want to wait. I find it very unlikely that the free gift would have made the $175 worth it!!

Never got my order and customer service is not answering
