I have ordered several items and never an issue. My last order seemed to be delayed and after I inquired about the delay they responded promptly, identified and corrected the issue and offered compensatory gift as well. Outstanding customer service.

I’ve always seen ads and finally gave it a try by purchasing a product that I wasn’t too thrilled about after trying. The company reached out to me to try an alternative option, which I did end up liking better. They followed up again to see how that product worked out for me, which I greatly appreciate. Great customer service can be hard to find sometimes, so I appreciate SNOW.
