We are aware that our customers are affected by the delays and lack of immediate responses to their concerns and requests. We are working within our departments to both get your orders fulfilled and shipped out. As well as responding to your requests to provide updates on the order statuses and if needed, we are processing cancellations as requested. Unfortunately, it seems that there was a lapse in communicating the status of your order fulfillment and that there would be delays due to availability in stock of certain items.
