I bought the snow whitening kit and the snow powder. Neither worked for me. I am extremely disappointed. My teeth and gums are very sensitive and I was afraid the whitening kit would hurt but it didn’t. I used it multiple times but it didn’t whiten my teeth.

I had high hopes for these Whitening Strips, but they are not clearly made for people with very small teeth. I don't have large teeth, but the strip did not cover all of my upper teeth at all. The bottom one started dissolving before I had it in place, and the results are minimal, at best.

Purchased the product 2 weeks ago and on the tracking it says the item still hasn't been shipped yet. Sent out 2 emails to follow up and didn't get anything other than their marketing emails. I don't know if the product is good or bad but I don't think it's worth waiting 2-3 weeks for. Might ask for refund if they don't respond.

Ordered Water Flosser and it was missing the nozzle. Waiting for customer service to reply to email.

It’s just okay so far. I don’t see much difference after two weeks of using the product, which is discouraging. I know it says to use it longer than that, but surely I should see something by now. I think the problem is I drool SO much while using it that the serum just washes off. I seriously cannot stop drooling the entire time I use the product. I basically have to stand over the sink the whole time. But I’ll keep using it for a while to see if things improve.

I have ordered two whitening kits from snow and tried to get a hold of the customer service representative to inquire when my order will arrive as it says up to 15 working days. I've placed the order in advance for the simple reason that I know it will arrive on time as this is a gift. I'm not sure it will be here on time. Its disappointing that I've tried to contact them, but unfortunately no response.

Took a lot longer to ship then expected. Excited to see results though. Will update review
