Wonderful company
Wonderful company. My sister had been using their whitening mouthpiece for some time with great results and bought me one as a gift. I only used it a couple of times before life got in the way and then I was dealing with bereavement which made me unwell. I just got around to trying the mouthpiece again and found it didn't work, but at this point it has been a long time since my sister bought it for me. I emailed Snow and they replied within a couple of days and posted me a replacement even though I am a UK customer. They even included a gift of dental floss. I have been having such an awful time they couldn't have realised how much this would mean to me. It is so rare to find a company who still value customers and respond personally. Thank you so much Snow. The kit also works great. My sister's teeth are so white and I can't wait to use my new kit and make mine the same. :) x
