Hello, We acknowledge the concerns shared within this review and extend an emphatic apology that your SNOW experience has been negatively impacted. It sounds like there was oversight within the process unfortunately. However, even so you should not have had such a lack of follow-up when you reached out for assistance towards a resolution.
