I had a fantastic overall experience with everyone at the company. The equipment arrived promptly, and Mr. Eric was excellent in explaining everything.

I've ordered parts from TS a bunch of times and have never been let down. Their parts are always high quality and a good price. My V5 reformer is 2 years old and still going strong thanks to their parts.

The seller provided excellent service. Unfortunately, a part broke during shopment, they equipment functions replacement. The equipment functions perfectly, and its folding feature adds to its convenience. I believe this well serve as a great beginner's pilates machine for me.

The Installation instruction is easy to understand. It works well and is very pretty.

I ordered a foot corrector a month ago. I did not receive an email. May 3. I have received the product. Thank you.

The vinyl on 2 pieces is severely dented and therefore compromised due to the way their packers arranged the pieces in the crate. I want these pieces replaced as I do not feel I should have to duct tape a brand new $2500 reformer. Also my reformer with TOWER (very dangerous if not installed correctly) came with no instructions for assembly or use AND the company will not respond to my texts and emails. Honestly as far as they are concerned, I have had the product for a week, and I haven't assemble it. VERY unhappy with the lack of customer service but the Reformer itself is just what I was looking for in this price range. Wish I would hear from them as quickly as when I reached out to buy the machine...same old story I guess.

I'd love it if Ciga A2 made stronger springs (happy to buy separately, hint), but for the price this reformer is incredible! Super easy to fold up and store, and works great.

Recommended by a coworker, I received the V5 Reformer without any problems and it allows me to continue my Pilates training from the convenience of my home, saving me time and money. They offered the most competitive price. It was easy to set up.
