This company is terrible-- I told them I don't want this product anymore not even to try for 30 days & they still sent me a bottle- my bank sent me my 9.99 back & blocked them from my account-- I promptly sent bottle back to sender unused & unopened. They keep telling me I have to cancel myself-- first of all I haven't even joined -- the 30 days risk free is a joke- when you go into your account with email-- they will not allow you to cancel without purchasing another bottle. I tried skipping December too it wouldn't let me. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau soon. Awful company-- don't order-- STAY AWAY!!!

Honestly didn't expect much but my face is noticeably less puffy in the mornings. I'm on week three and my husband even commented that I look like I lost weight. It's just less swelling. Love this stuff.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service! Avoid This Company!. My experience with Rosanova has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have repeatedly requested that my membership be cancelled, that no further payments be taken, and that I receive a full refund. Instead of helping, this company continues to send generic, scripted apologies and directs me back to a cancellation portal that I have already explained is not working. Their excuse is that they cannot cancel my membership on my behalf due to "security reasons." Yet they seem perfectly happy to take your money while making it incredibly difficult to stop future payments. To make matters worse, they expect me to waste even more time taking screenshots and troubleshooting their faulty cancellation process. Why should customers have to jump through hoops just to cancel something they no longer want? I have already contacted my bank because I have completely lost confidence in this company's customer service and its ability to resolve my complaint. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unnecessary obstacles to cancelling a membership are completely unacceptable. My advice? Think very carefully before giving this company your payment details. Based on my experience, getting assistance when you want to cancel is far more difficult than it should be. I am still seeking confirmation of my cancellation and a full refund. Absolutely appalling experience. I would not recommend Rosanova to anyone.

Horrible! Be aware! They advertise “risk free - 30 day money back guarantee “ after trying it and not liking it/ developing a rash, wanted to send it back. After about 8 emails……. never answered my questions and are ignoring my request, not providing return info. Plus they hook you with a subscription, so I got a second order that I was not aware of and the bottles are much smaller 🙊 Very disappointing! Especially their costumer service! Think twice before ordering!!!!!! No problem Rosanova, I see your response. Check the order #6479! All the emails back & forth! No RETURN info as of yet! Today is Oct. 20th!!!!!! I was only ordering one order but a 2nd has come out of my account and emails advise it is enroute. I did not place a 2nd order and could not afford for the money for the 2nd order to be taken from my account. Please cancel all further orders as there is no way to do so on your website. It has filled me with distrust for the produce now. I have tried multiple methods and have received no response to confirm no further orders will be forwarded.

Just in my 2nd week and I do feel I have more energy. Maybe seeing a little difference in my apperance but too early to tell. continuing to use and monitor. Here's Hoping :)
