This is a complete scam. The nutrition data shown at the back does not match the data shown on the front. Moreover, the bottle looked cheap and did not have any manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number. This brand is a complete scam. When you wish to return they offer you a 5% refund. Still if you insist they offer 10% 20%, 30%. Finally they asked me to send it to an address in USA. However, the tracking details for the shipment that I received showed that it originated from China. Guys beware, never buy this product from these scamsters.

Nephew playing with phone ordered this product. As soon as I heard the email confirmation I contacted them to cancel order. Was refused as it was in processing. Contacted to make sure the subscription was cancelled. Was then told they can offer me a discount for a product I didn’t want. Emailed again and was resent same discount email. One more time and finally got a result. Now got to go through the refund policy when I get the product.

This is cynical. You take a serious and incurable disease, prey on people’s hope of getting their lives and functioning back, and wrap it all in a personal miracle story that ultimately leads to one thing: buying your product. Where is the evidence that your product repairs myelin or treats MS? Not good stories. Not testimonials. Evidence. People with MS deserve better than having hope packaged and sold to them.

Do not buy from these people. It takes them months to ship the product, which has no FDA testing or approval, using the same Chinese carrier as AliExpress. Would you buy important medicines from AliExpress? Maybe, but at least they are honest who they are. Nuvel, on the other hand, sends you almost daily emails from "Megan (Founder, Nuvel)" who I am beginning to think is an "AI influencer agent". Certainly they make no attempt to hide the fact that their customer support team is outsourced to the AI company "ReAmaze". If you have a problem you get immediate but unhelpful support from a trynuvel.reamaze email address. Finally I note that my reseach has not been entirely negative: they do have some medical experience.... the physical address they give is also listed online as that of Dr. Sanjay Shashikant Patel, M.D., who treats opioid use disorder.

I wish I would have come here first and read the reviews. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read what people are saying. It's all true!! First of all, they didn't send me the product I ordered. It comes from China and takes about 3 weeks to get here. They SNEAKILY subscribe you without your permission and then suddenly withdraw a new payment for an order 30 days later (about a week after receiving your initial order) for something you didn't order or want. When I contacted them about this unauthorized order, all they wanted was to offer "discounts" on this and future orders on my subscription. They claimed that once the order is placed, they can't cancel it. After sending them many angry emails, they FINALLY sent me a link where I can supposedly unsubscribe. I clicked it, entered my email address, and it SAID it would send me a code to my email to put in and be able to continue. I've waited and waited and retried this over and over and they NEVER sent me a code, which means I can't sign in and unsubscribe. One person commented that you can remove your payment method, but I can't find anywhere on their website where you can do that. In fact, under your profile, it only shows your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. There is NOWHERE that it shows my payment methods that I can remove it. VERY deceptive, VERY dishonest, VERY difficult to work with. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company!!!! Do yourself a favor and do NOT get mixed up with this company!!

Misrepresented. As one nobody mentions this product comes from and its made in China. Second i tried to cancel the moment I made the purchase and i was told the shipment is out and its not possible. Shipment arrived 3 weeks later. Now it turns out somehow i signed for a subscription and my card is charged again $90. My advice do not use this site since it fails to disclose all information and you will get stuck with subscription. Customer service is only via one email.

By far the worst company I've ever shopped from. If I could give them a zero, I would have. They subscribed me to repeat shipments without my knowledge. They advertised a 90-day free return policy, but refuse to accept the return in a month. Plus, I have a B12 deficiency. I physically feel the difference as soon as I take any B12 supplements. Their product Has no effect on my symptoms. They just keep sending me emails starting with offering me 10% discount, then 20% and 30%. I will contact my bank to stop their payment.
