For your first order, the shipping label matches the exact address provided in your order details. As previously explained, the order was shipped to the address entered during checkout, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for an incorrect address entered by the customer. Hi Susan, The charge you’re referring to is for your subscription, not a new order. When a subscription is active, billing continues based on the selected schedule unless it’s fully cancelled before the next billing date. Our records show your orders from November and December have both been delivered. The charge that you see in February is the payment for your subscription. Thank you!
