They keep charging your card even after they confirm that your subscription or reorder is canceled. Multiple email confirmation was sent each time confirming that they had canceled the subscription yet I was charged twice and my card was never refunded nor was the product that should have been canceled even shipped from China Stay far away from this company do not even touch them with a 100ft pole. 7:28 PM Im replying to a response that they posted to my comment that the charge to my account is for an active subscription how can I have an active subscription when I have received multiple emails that my subscription is canceled. Even apologizing that they made an error. This company is a fraud. No I do not have an active account because your customer support confirmed through email that it was cancelled

My only problem is this takes a long time to arrived when you order, its like almost 2 wks. Also, this time the effect took at least a week more rather than days.

Then In July they charge me again 95 euros for subcription that was already cancelled, they are not responding to my email. If you get to read this know that I will not accept the order from the post office I will refuse to accept it as I dont want your products that clearly dont work. You better return my money. I placed an order on 06/16/2026, it is now 07/17/2026 haven’t receive anything from this company and I am already being charged for my next subscription. So you tell me, is there a 0 star? I emailed so many times and called the number from their website at 10am, 11am, 12 nn during business hours M-F and no answer at all. In my opinion this is a scam. Never buy from “TryNobo” they are hard to reach and I believe this company service sucks. Never again, Never..

SUPER SHADY COMPANY! I tried this product in 2025 and disliked it immensely so I canceled my subscription on November 7, 2025.I have an email correspondence to prove it. All of a sudden, this morning, I was charged $83.96 and notified that my order was preparing for shipment. I immediately contacted them and attached screenshots of the aforementioned email with a NO/BO employer confirming the subscription cancellation. He refused to reverse the charge and went ahead and sent the product anyways… I contacted my bank and disputed this transaction which is now pending. I then went to the NO/BO website and was able to log in, and noticed they charged a debit card from 2025 that no longer even exists! I have no idea how they were able to charge that card but they did as the funds were taken from my checking account. I am so beyond frustrated. If my bank for whatever reason doesn’t reverse the charge, I’ll have to send these sketchy pills back to China, and I’m willing to bet NO/BO will make that process next to impossible. DO NOT do business with these guys! There are plenty of oral probiotic tablets from other companies out there that actually work and aren’t ran out of some sketchy lab somewhere in China by shady people with terrible reading comprehension skills and terrible grammar that is almost unreadable at times.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I inadvertently signed up for more than 1 subscription, 1 time they charged me and never sent the pkg and since then I have cancelled all subscriptions and they confirmed in writing they cancelled and I would never be charged again but now they've charged me again for the subscriptions! I've emailed a few times AGAIN and they finally come back w/a response that I signed up for a subscription so auto sends/charges are part of that agreement. I've sent them the emails from Feb to see where THEY said they cancelled it all and NOTHING! I don't like posting negative reviews of companies but they don't respond, they don't answer emails and their customer service is HORRENDOUS. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be stuck in subscription hell.
