TrymhealthReviews of trymhealth.com

They price match so I switched over to them and I’ve been happy. Super easy process. I’m surprised at the mixed reviews here because everything is clean, professional and straight to the point.. but it sounds like people are confused about the concentration or don’t understand. My order was correct and it came with easy instructions. Customer service can sometimes be slow but it’s worth it to not be sent a thousand spam emails and let me do my thing.

I came into this cautiously optimistic and was surprised that everything has gone super well. Both me and my wife are both using Trym and have made great progress. We're both gearing up for vacation and feeling much more confident. Very pleased and will be recommending to family and friends alike!

They short you on your medication. And when you call to confirm about it, they say that they didn't I bought a six month supply and they only set me enough for three months and now their customer service isn't responding anymore. I had a neighbor who ordered a booster pack, and it didn't even last her a month and a half. Sketchy, company, i'm gonna have to do a charge back.

Took a bit to respond, but I appreciate that when I did get a response it was from a real human being and not some AI chat nonsense. Ordered 3/22, noticed damage on my delivery 4/23, and reported it later in the week. They had no problem getting a replacement sent out for free (inc. shipping) as soon as I was able to provide picture proof. Support agent Finn was super helpful. Replacement arrived today intact and I'll get a full three months now. I'll continue to order. Everything works great and they corrected things and did me right when something unexpected went wrong.

I have been using Trymhealth for over 6 months, but I would like to move to a provider that has resources for its customers. There is no way to contact a doctor if you have issues and they have not responded to my emails or texts. I need a copy of my prescription to prove what dose I am on so I can use another company. It is not listed on the med container when they send meds, and there is nothing in my account showing what dose I am on. They have a generic dose guide and nothing specific to customer.

They were the best price for the zepound. I've had no issues with them. The packaging and service has been professional. I did need to contact them So we'll see how they do. Most of the negative feedback seems to be communication issues.

I had a great experience ordering from them last summer. But I ordered again in December and 2 weeks went by without a tracking number. They don’t respond to emails or texts. I finally requested a refund and got a fake email saying they received my request for a refund and it was processing. It’s been 3 weeks and no money is back in my account!!! Had to file a claim with the bank.

They do not answer emails or texts. My November and December orders are still processing, but they were paid for. Just a really bad experience, to say the least.
