The customer service is excellent! Very nice, very accommodating, and quick response time! The doctor didn’t pay as close attention as customer service did when it came to refilling medications. The medication is pricey but that is to be expected! However I do recommend they lower the monthly subscription fee from $78 to $60/mo to make it a bit more manageable. All in all I do highly recommend as the medications DO work and the customer service is extremely helpful, excellent care team!

Measured has truly been a lifesaver. Between the semaglutide and the ongoing support from their staff, they have provided me with a beautiful journey where Measured changed my life in ways that are remarkable! I lost a total of 34 lbs, so far!  I started to rapidly gain weight after 40. I was a petite size 2 and was devastated as no one could help me lose the weight (I've tried everything) and the immense weight practically  made me immobile, as I am only  5 '1. This lead me into severe depression and caused other medical problems such as edema. Measured has gone above and beyond to exceed my wildest expectations. My only issue is now I’m purchasing new clothes and my feet have shrunk a ½ ! size, because I no longer get edema flare-ups! 34 lbs!
