I'm 67, pretty healthy and would like to lose 20-30 lbs. I went through the process and the results were that I'm too old, they only provide service for 21-64 year olds. Wow, I didn't expect that.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Measured app. I paid over $500 expecting support with weight loss, but I did not lose any weight while using the program. When I contacted customer service about this, I was told that the starting doses are not meant to cause weight loss and are only to see how your body reacts to the medication. However, I explained that I had already taken this medication before and had no issues with it. Another major concern is that they do not offer refunds if you do not see results. They keep your card on file and continue charging, even if you are unhappy with the program. While responses from support are usually quick, they are often not helpful and mostly focus on continuing charges rather than resolving concerns. Overall, my experience felt very frustrating and expensive without delivering the results that were promised. I would encourage others to carefully review the terms and costs before signing up.

Even for patients who have taken the medication before, if it has been two weeks or more since the last dose, medical guidelines generally require restarting at a lower dose to ensure safety and tolerability. This company relies on vague, opaque advertising. They make it sound like you’re paying for access to medication, but the $99 monthly fee is only for a prescription from Novo Nordisk. It doesn’t include the medication itself. I can get a prescription from my own providers without paying a subscription, so this felt misleading from the start. When I said I didn’t want to continue, they told me they could only refund half because I had already had a “consult.” That consult was a single text message. I paid fifty dollars for a text message. That’s scam behavior. When I asked for a full refund, they refused. The whole GLP‑1 space feels like a bubble built on rushed funnels, unclear pricing, and people being pushed through systems they don’t fully understand. If this is how the industry keeps operating, I won’t be surprised when the class‑action ads start showing popping up.

We have a couple of treatment plans available, and the $99/mo one covers medical evaluation, provider access, insurance prior authorization support, and ongoing care — not the medication itself, which is billed separately through insurance or the pharmacy. Once a consult is completed — even if conducted via secure messaging — provider time has been used, and clinical services have been delivered, which is why our refund policy applies. The first month I received the semiglutide it worked fine. I received the vole on ice with everything needed. The next 6 months of medication I had to pay up front came to me hot, not on ice. I paid over 1200 dollars for the medication and it didn’t work. I was told to let them know if there was something wrong with the medication. So I let them know I didn’t feel anything different. They told me they couldn’t refund any part of the money. They tried to have me buy another medication. I told them I would not be spending any more money. Don’t waste your money on this program. You will be very disappointed.

Run from this company!!! They offer a great deal until they decide to change pharmacies meaning you can either pay almost $800 (at once) for a 3 month supply or simply pay $1474 for a 6 month supply. They explain that there’s installment payments option but it’s every 2 weeks. It wasn’t until I found a different company and informed them that I had I would no longer use them that they then informed me that they could prescribe an oral medication. Once I learned about the installment payments and the cost, I CLEARLY told them that I would be looking elsewhere. I’m not sure if they thought I was bluffing but clearly I wasn’t. I was able to get tirzatide for a much cheaper price through Shapely. So if you’re having problems with Measured, I highly suggest Shapely. It’s $249 for a 3 month supply (including membership

I answered the ad for GLP‘s. They offered me a medication and asked if that was OK. I told him I wanted what would get me to my goals fastest and they sent prescription. It turns out the prescription is for Metformin. Best case scenario, I could lose 2% of my body weight in a year which is about 4 pounds. I canceled them and told them to stop contacting me. They contacted me again. They texted me and I told them to stop. They keep going. I have received so much pressure from them to renew after canceling and telling them to stop that I am now thinking of hiring legal counsel. Don’t go anywhere near them.
