This company sucks! I ordered the 2 for 1 for $27.00. One of the lipsticks won’t twist up. I have called, I have sent emails. All this company does is deny I ever purchased anything from them. Says we can’t find you in our computer. But, the can send me emails that I have $3.00 to spend before it goes away. Funny how they can send emails but can’t find me in the system. Do not buy from them! I believe this is a scam company.

I bought a moisturizing lipstick that was supposed to provide the perfect shade for my skin tone. The site advertises a 90 day money back guarantee. The shade was not flattering for my complexion and the lipstick was waxy on my lips. They would not refund my money in full, only 30% back as a courtesy because I tried the lipstick. How else would I know if I wanted to keep it? Bad product, faulty advertising. Stay away from Kivora.

Terrible product. Color only lasts around half hour. Very drying. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The return policy is ridiculous. You can only return unused items. The address for the company looked like it was in US but had to go through customs.

Kivora, Lipstick is the first Lipstick I have ever used that lived up to the advertisements, I didn't feel like my lips had a can of oil on them, they didn't burn 😳 I also ordered the Lip Plumping because I have very thin lips and I never felt the burn like most of the lip plump from other Companies give you, But Kivora lip products keep my lips soft, smooth, feeling moist, and looking like I was born with having naturally size lips not little thin lips !!!!

Quick delivery. Performs as described which i love but doesn’t moisturize as well as I had expected. Need to reapply few times a day. Also while packaging is pretty mine keeps coming apart where the lipstick tube comes out and I have to push it back in. Would i repurchase .. yes. Better than regular lipstick just needs some tweaks.

I Gave it one star because you have to give it something Dont buy its nothing like they say it bleeds dose not last and smells horrible

I really enjoyed using Kivora lipstick and received several compliments when I wore it! My order arrived on time, and I love how the lipstick looks on my lips. However, the color doesn’t last very long and needs frequent reapplication. It’s not very moisturizing, but it doesn’t dry out my lips either. Overall, I’m happy with the product, though I wish it lasted longer and provided more moisture.

Do not fall for the advertising. This lipstick is absolutely awful. It is advertised as a subtle, custom, pH-adaptive shade, but it turns a garish, neon, bright-bright pink that looks completely unnatural. Worse than the terrible product is their completely deceptive business practice. They claim to offer a "money-back guarantee," but they absolutely do not stand by it. When I requested a refund, they refused to honor their policy. Instead, they tried to lowball me by offering a 30% refund, and then bumped it to 50% when I refused. They will do everything they can to wear you down and keep your money. They are despicable. I finally had to bypass them entirely and file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from this company!
