The product took several weeks to receive from China. I wouldn't order it again just based on that. The coverage is lighter than expected but the color seems to work with my complexion.

Despite Kivora having taken £32 from my bank account (£27 for 2 lipsticks plus postage) I have still not received any confirmation email or lipsticks. Have sent three emails and have had no response. I should learn that if there’s no address or telephone number to call the company is a bit suspect! Very disappointed to be conned again.

For hygiene reasons they can not accept returns, opened 1 tube. The color is faint and the wear time is pathetically short The partial refund was for just one tube. Lesson learned don’t trust Kivora.

I only give it a three because I had to keep checking the tracking to see where/if it was coming. Took a while to make its way here. I tried it on and it's a shade of pink - I never wear pink lipstick - stands out too much on me. That being said I am going to gift it to my youngest daughter and see if she likes it. I did get BOGO so hopefully....
