Product not labeled Kivora but Vanlin Maydy! Colour did not last and tasted foul. Complaint ignored after saying they would send replacement Very unhappy with product and company.

Waste of money. Product comes from China - when applied my lips were only slightly pink when applied. Not flattering on me. The worst part is the next day I had sores on my mouth. Stopped using immediately. I will try to return but I don’t have any faith that I will get my money back. Very disappointed.

Chinese crap 💩. Sounds great in the advertisements…nowhere does it mention it comes from toxic China. Save your money, the planet and your health! DO NOT BUY! Scam and customer service is nonexistent. Tried multiple times to cancel my order but no reply.

I have bought two Kivora lip products, their fabulous lipstick and their extra excellent bio collagen pumping stick. Both are excellent plus plus. I use both daily, the bio collagen stick more than once as it makes my lips feel smooth and lovely. Before using Kivora my lips and the area around them was dry and flaky. Now all the dryness and flakiness has gone. My lips look fabulous which I love. Dealing with the Kivora staff is easy as they are friendly and know their products so can advise you if needed. Their attention to detail is just right. No pressure to buy more and more products which in today’s market is so refreshing.

I love how it feels going on and I love the color. It does help my lips from being so dry but the color just doesn't last. If you're drinking or eating it's gone. I thought it was suppose to stay on and not have to be reapplied so often. The only way I can keep it on my lips is to continuously reapply.

Great lip stick! I'm throwing away all my other tubes. The color gradually appears, and with continued use deepens. Great moisturization as well. So nice not reapply or leave lip color on glass!

The colour turned out to be pink. I doubt that this is what mature women want to wear. When I contacted the customer service department the answer was: For many customers the result is a rose‑pink tone, so seeing a pink result is expected.' This could be better communicated on the advertisement. I asked for me money back, but I have not received it yet. Therefore, the promise of a money back guarantee if customers are not happy can not be taken seriously either.

I received my order in a timely manner……package very nice….. I couldn’t wait to see the results or change on my lips…… it was very moist but absolutely no color change …. it was like I just put on a clear gloss..I have another lipstick to open maybe the results will be different……. if not O just spent money on lip gloss…. I will not be purchasing again
