MY LIPS LOOK GREAT!

Order arrived promptly. Packaging is attractive but large. Lipstick feels good and moisturizing. Color turns a pink which I am not in love with but looks good. It does need reapplication pretty often to feel moisturized but the color lasts a long time. It does not bleed which is a big highlight. The multiple pricing is great so I bought 4, I like one in each car, my purse and my bathroom :).

Buyer beware! The profile on instagram was made to look like a US company with predominantly white women in the images and with glowing reviews. The company is from China. Delivery took weeks. Every time I reached out, I got a spin and deflection. I assume that the reviews are made up and not from actual customers. The lipstick case is too large and takes up too much space in my purse. My lips look like an unnatural shade of pink. I never wear pink. I put it on about a half hour ago and my lips are already feeling dry. There is a bitter taste and my tongue went a little numb. I fear for what ingredients are. Petroleum? Something even more toxic? I don’t appreciate the scam of not being honest in the company location nor their customer service. What a waste of my money. I am going to request a chargeback from my bank. That’s the only way to rectify this as customer service only offers a very tiny refund. They do NOT get to steal from me in this way.

I recieved this lipstick, It says on the website refundable. That is NOT true. I paid 39.00 for this lipstick,it turns purple on my lips, doesn't stay on long and does NOT moisturize my lips. I tried to return it, They returned $11.00 out of $39.00? I would NOT recommend this lipstick or this company
