Warning, AVOID, bad product, and awful customer service. Even if you adhere to the guidelines of what to upload perfectly, it will generate terrible photos that look nothing like you, that ignore your instructions. E.g I have short dark hair and it produced photos of a person with long blond hair. And distorted features. What they advertise on their social media posts and website is completely MISLEADING. Do they care? No. If you contact them for a resolve, they either completely ignore you or leave you waiting for days, then tell you to email them, then that gets ignored too. You have to put bad reviews up to get a refund, then you get passive aggressive comments sent to you. Their no refund policy is illegal - if you don't provide what you promise, you have to refund by law. Be warned, DO NOT USE TRY IT ON AI or give them any of your money!

I dont know if you believe me or not, but my review below is not fake. I am a south east asian woman, wearing hijab, and the pictures I got back were all disaster, they are nothing like me at all. My pictures look like I came from south asia or africa. Honestly just 1-2 that quite similar but the eyes are titling and the color was literally screaming "THIS PICTURE IS AI GENERATED." at first I was happy that they provide hijab option, but now I am disappointed. I am a student looking for a job, and I thought I could save some money by not going to a professional studio using this website. But the results were so bad I could not use any of them. even the picture with my phone is better. Maybe next time enhance the database first for us, the minority group people, or just mention in the website that you cannot make good picture with minority group people. I would be happy if we can resolve this matter, but unfortunately since you wrote on your website that there is no refund, then I just directly write my review here.

Hair color, wrong. Eye color, wrong. Earrings in most pictures? I don't have my ears pierced. Never wore an earing in my life. These photos are horribley fake looking. Unless I'm applying to be a Disney Princess, these photos are useless. Do not waste your money. Update: Today is February 1st, 10 months later, and Tryitonai just flagged my review as defamatory and attempted to have it removed. Trustpilot temporarily took the review down and reinstated it almost immediately, with an email stating they did not find it defamatory. It appears others that have left 1-star reviews have experienced something similar, as per updates in their posts similar to this. Tryitonai seems to be trying to discredit honest reviews. I wish they would work this hard to provide an honest service.

Made me look old and tried to cancel after 3 days and still being charged and haven't used since day 3. Terrible no customer service no number email or no way to cancel.. crazy

Waste of money. Photos do not resemble the headshots I sent it at all.

Generates generic pictures of people, having nothing to do with the reference photos uploaded. They even explicitly asked me for my eye color, then generated all the pictures with a different color. The pictures that got contained people with completely different ethnicity and skin color than mine. Cannot recommend in the slightest
