I did not receive the amount of Packets I expected to see in my Delivery Package. I was very upset and I emailed Support to get it straightened out. Rep. Kabi, gave me an excellent suggestion. I was told to take pics of all the contents in my delivery package, than attach them to our email thread. While doing that, I saw that the package had a small card that explained an upgrade to my order. So what I thought was intentionally or accidentally missing, was actually in each packet. So instead of 30 Softgels, in each Packet, there were 60. I Thanked Kabi ending that email. I received another Support Responce email from Rep Seed. This person thanked me for acknowledging that I did have my entire Order, then went on to explain in detail their Upgrade process and the necessity for it as it pertains to a more effective Packaging Process.

If I could give this company the zero they deserve, I would. After being stuck with a subscription that was applied after my order was placed, I have attempted to cancel several times. Since there is no phone number, I emailed my request for cancellation on three separate occasions. Each time I was either told it would be taken care of or that I requested cancellation too late. At 4:30 this morning I received an email stating that my order was on route. An orderI did not request nor do I want. I immediately contacted my credit card company and requested they file a dispute as well as reached out to the bbb again How can I stop this company from refusing to stop my unwanted subscription. Please help!

I never received the products I ordered on September 23, 2026. I few days later I was charged $69.00 dollars for products I never authorized. I got the $69.00 refund and only partial of the original and still no products. I am disappointed and will never order from this company and will spread it to my friends.
