Communication with Seed and Pam was…
Communication with Seed and Pam was very good. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Unfortunately, my GP has advised me not to use Black Garlic as it could add to the effect of the Amlodipine.

Going on a month and still have not…
Going on a month and still have not received my first order. I then get notified that my 2nd order is being processed as I had started a subscription to receive the fermented garlic. This must be sourced in China as it tracks that way from origin site. Very frustrated as of today still not received nothing. Customer service has apologized but I just want what I paid for delivered to me.

Assisted through frustation
After have a pretty rough experience with the shipping process or long delays Priscel EverWell Customer Service Support was very supportive, professional and kind while explaining the situation and tracking system to me until I finally received the product. Though, I had become quite frustrated and impatient Priscel was very helpul as I was compensated for all the inconvenience I experienced. I am grateful toward the Ever customer service team.
