⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service from Priscel I have been extremely impressed with the customer service I received from PRISCEL at EverWell. I contacted EverWell after discovering that I had unintentionally been enrolled in a subscription. Priscel was incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throughout. She listened to my concerns, explained the situation clearly and resolved everything very quickly. She arranged a 50% refund on my latest order and, most importantly, permanently cancelled my subscription so that I can simply order the products myself whenever I need them in future. Communication was always polite, prompt and reassuring, and I genuinely felt that Priscel cared about getting the matter resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you so much, Priscel, for your kindness, patience and excellent customer service. You definitely deserve five stars!
