Great customer support
First let me say my orders were totally messed up sent to the wrong address and never delivered. Each time i reached out to the company’s customer service they were very helpful. Responded right away. I elected to ask for a refund because i don’t believe i’ll ever see my orders. They promptly responded and refunded. I honestly don’t know where the problem with shipping occurred but i wasn’t ignored.

Multiple batches not asked for.
I felt i was tricked into ordering more than one batch by not making it obvious when ordering the first batch. Also the second batch was sent far too soon , well before the first batch was finished. However you did respond well to my complaint.

Thank you Salih for your being honest and your prompt response to the matter. I was really looking forward to this product because I have high blood pressure. I know the content of this type of garlic stabilizes it. Well you did your part and thanks for the refund. I will just have to look somewhere else to find it!
