I was going through this product much more slowly than anticipated. I contacted customer service with a simple reply to an email. Christian was professional and friendly through our communications. I was given several options for resolution, and my issue was satisfactory resolved. Thank goodness for great customer service!

They were extremely gracious by refunding my payment due to a misunderstanding. I was allowed to keep the product and I must say it's much nicer than the one I was currently using. I am 81 nothing is going to fix this old skin but it does feel really nice and helps the dryness. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from the same condition.
