Scammers!! They will charge your credit card and keep charging 40dls every month and not send you the item you bought! Bunch of emails sent and all their excuses is having issues with shipping or having issues with the refunding system. 3 months later I'm still trying to get the money they took out my account with no success. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER! I received the oil, tried and did not like. I immediately canceled my subscription, but my request was not honored. When I received notification that I was being sent a second order, I AGAIN canceled my subscription. AGAIN, my request was ignored and I've now received and been charged for a second, unwanted shipment.

I changed my mind on placing an order within 1hr of placing it, but my card was never refunded. I just keep getting emails for 6 days confirming my cancelation, and now im being charged a $30 restocking fee. This company is a joke and a scam and has very poor customer service.

I cancelled and still received the oil at $89.99 per mailing. I packed all unused packages, 3 in all, $89.99 each. They required pictures of all unused products. I sent them pictures of packages and the return mailing box. They responded with refunds of 89.99, 89.99, and 45.00. My Actual refund was 44.94. They lied about the 2 for 89.99. they are not to be trusted. they still owe me 176.98 and removed the text with the info for my refunds. The oil is worthless. I would advise anyone who should want to try this, to never order anything from Celmor silk oil or any of their products! They are SCAMMERS!!! in the 1st degree. They outright lie to you!!! I am going to report them as they insist they are legit!!! NOT!!!!

I was going through this product much more slowly than anticipated. I contacted customer service with a simple reply to an email. Christian was professional and friendly through our communications. I was given several options for resolution, and my issue was satisfactory resolved. Thank goodness for great customer service!

The product is wonderful, smells great and feels great on the skin. The order took forever, I ended up ordering some on Amazon, which I hate to do, but I was out.
