BlueForce LabsReviews of tryblueforce.com

Ordered your product and tried to watch video afterwards! I bad internet and couldn’t watch video about the vitamins. When I got good connection I watched video and tried to order vitamins. The timer ran out of time very disappointing. I wanted to take advantage of the offer but now I have to pay full price.

Warranty and discount

The swift response and order time.

I cannot get an update on my order and no one seems to know where my order is

I may update later, but to this point I'm not super impressed. I paid for priority handling during the overly aggressive checkout process 6 days ago. The label was printed that day according to usps, but my shipment has still not left the warehouse according to the tracker.

Never recieved product, emails never answered also customer service phone number rings 3 times then disconnected . Horrible experience

Warranty is the reason, however if you don't start the treatments as soon as you receive it they will not honor it. This is bad business.

I purchased a 3-month supply, and within 3 weeks of my initial order, they submitted me for an autorenewal subscription. There was no warning that it was going to renew to even give me a chance to cancel or stop it. Also, I never selected a subscription, nor does it make any sense to renew for another 3-month supply when I hadn't even completed my first month! There is no way to cancel the subscription, and the email provided is unresponsive. Additionally, I've called the customer service line multiple times and it disconnects once the automated answering picks up. This is ridiculous.
