Long, confusing, and deceptive sales video. I kept my eyes out for recurring charge authorization, didn't see it, and chose a lower-than-available discount because I was limiting my purchase to 3 months. Nonetheless, a second 3-month supply arrived in 4 weeks! I emailed to complain and received an email saying my account was closed and there would be no further charges. I have just been charged for a third 3-month supply (despite assurance account was canceled), all within 7 weeks of initial purchase! This company is a scam. Do not -- I repeat DO NOT -- order from them. Find a reputable competitor, but avoid Blue Force Labs.

I didn't authorize this company to deduct money from me and I now have to order a new card because they tried to take money off my card.

So I’m on week 7 of this product(half way into my 3 month supply), and I keep my head shaved, I’ve noticed no new hairs sprouting around my temples and crown. It took like a month to actually receive the product, and right after I received my 3 month kit I was charged another $120 that I never agreed to. I read the entire site before clicking submit on each page, there was no mention of a recurring charge. Also, the needles are so tiny, they don’t penetrate anything and it’s not like an injection, just a slow drip out of the bottle while you’re using essentially sand paper on your scalp. All these 5 star reviews are scams and should be removed, as none of them have actually used the product yet.

How do you rate something before you have even received the product, let alone used it long enough to see results.

This company advertises a 90-day money back guarantee that is absolutely worthless! The guarantee does not apply to any product that has been opened, so how can anyone use the product to determnine if it works or not? It's false advertising or at the very least deceptive. Also look at all the hoops they make you jump through to get a refund. This is just another company selling snake oil, in my opinion. Do a little reseach and you will see that what they are selling is not going to regrow any hair. Stay away from these scammers!

Their initial sales gave a discount if the buyer would write a positive review. If you look at all the 5* they are on the ordering process and not the product. Most had never even received the product yet! The negative reviews come later as this company sends early subscriptions, 1 month vs 3 months as stated and won't cancel charges. This is what also happened to me. Why would I order a 3 months supple every month!! There are other scams and order add ons. My second bottle of the treatment also ran out and was not useful. I emailed the company but no appropriate response, despite several back and forth emails. Their is no subscriptions mentioned on my order and the company cant provide proof! Please view low rating reviews. I contacted Trustpilot to review the deceptive reviews! Maybe the product will work but no one has noted that on the reviews.

I ordered the product and then got an email asking me to confirm that they had the right shipping address. The shipping address was wrong. I responded as such and asked them to cancel the order. I sent them 4 messages asking them to cancel the order, but they refuse.

Never got my product. Customer support said they would give me updates within 1 business day whenever I emailed them and they would not get back to me until I emailed them again.
