Placed order in April 2025 Paid $500 plus Australian Still waiting for the products Numerous emails but still no order received Requested my money back As at today 30 December 2025 Still no order received despite numerous requests Order placed from Melbourne Australia.

Over a month since order and can't get an eta or tracking on order. Their money back guarantee means nothing if they can't provide tracking or give excuses. Every automated email response is from (one of the owners). Avoid this company at all cost. It is questionable Chinese product with no US support.

Horrible company. I placed an order on 9/30 and twice have received emails that the order has been shipped. I have never received anything. When I ask for a refund I am told they can’t issue refunds. So have paid for an order without receiving anything. Avoid doing any business with this company.

Completely unprofessional. They keep saying they will send the product but it never arrives. It's a big SCAM. Don't fall for it.

Just received a Black Friday email from Bliss. I wouldn’t deal with Bliss Cosmetics again even if goods were free ! A dreadful, unprofessional company to deal with and I still have the financial scars to remind me.

Ugh I ordered Oct 4 and still have not received my order. What a waste of money. I’m very sad I didn’t get to try the product.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered back in June and still have not received the product or a refund. Email after email promising me they are getting me a refund and still nothing . They are a scam.

No tracking available when ordered and I've probably emailed at least 10 times to get a refund. Just keep getting a "we're sorry blah blah blah" but no results. At this point I have to assume it's a scam company and I will never see the products nor the refund.
