Do not buy from this company. They will take every attempt to try to scam you. First and foremost I bought this product under a BOGO deal impulsively. That afternoon I was watching some reviews of the product on youtube showing how poorly it cleaned teeth. I decided that I was going to cancel the order and get my money back. I emailed them and was told sure, no problem but they wanted to ask why? I said I changed my mind and would like a refund. They then waited 3 days before replying again and said basically that the item had shipped and that they couldn't offer a refund until I returned it. When the item arrived I immediately noted that they had only sent me 1 device instead of 2 for the BOGO and that the packaging for the brush heads was smashed up and falling apart (it was shipped in one of those quick seal plastic bags). I told the company that I wanted a refund and they asked for Photos of the product. I took the photos of the product unopened and the CS rep replied saying that I had opened it and they would only accept the unopened items. Nothing was opened and the box in question was the one that came beat up from the poor packaging. A few days of back and forth and I finally threatened them with legal action before another customer service rep refunded my money. Any small effort to look up honest reviews on this product, not paid reviews, will show you this device does not do a thing for brushing your teeth. It vibrates and has a pretty light on it. The company is shady as hell and is clearly using "hygiene reasons" as a way to offer no trust in their products. On top of this the company removes any reviews from their social media that are not positive. I beg everyone to avoid this company so that you don't have to deal with the same issues as I did.

I bought autobrushes for my children 6 & 8 because of the constant struggle to get them to brush their teeth. I figured it was worth a shot will all these claims that the clean better then manual brushes.... that's simply not true at all. I was very unsatisfied with the way they cleaned. After running a couple cycles you can still feel and see the crud on your teeth. I've been trying to make the best of them. We tried regular toothpaste and that seemed to be better but this product does not live up to their advertising. I definitely agree with the other reviews that said they feel as though this is a scam. For what they cost you would expect them to be a lot more effective.

Do not buy this product. It seems like I am not the only one who has had this horrible experience. I purchased on for myself and my daughter and they do not clean our teeth at all. They offered use suggestions that also were of no help. They say they can not refund them do to the nature of what they are. So how is that a satisfied customer (their page says satisfaction guaranteed) I'm not satisfied at all and it is a scam company. They say the respond privately and still don't do anything to make the situation right. They just steal money from people with unworking products.

The autobrush DOES NOT clean the teeth well. When unsatisfied with results, they wi not provide a refund because of sanitary issues and the “current pandemic”. Customer service is not great if you are trying to return the items. The only way to get a return is to receive your order and send it right back. So you wouldn’t even get a chance to try it or not. This is not worth the amount of money you spend on it. And like I said, you’ll have to use another toothbrush after using the autobrush if you want good oral hygiene.

Doesn't clean teeth. Left visible food between my front teeth. Customer service told me to use regular toothpaste on top of their pricey toothpaste and to move the brush like a normal brush. After only a month and a couple days the units I purchased no longer hold a charge between 2 brushings and the kids unit stopped playing music. Customer service is now silent. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT buy this product! Mine broke in one week of use and I can't get a refund for it. This product is of terrible quality and their refund policy is horrible.

So disappointed in this product. It is a lot of money and simply doesn't work. My mouth was left feeling dirty even after multiple uses. I understand not being able to accept returns after packaging has been open but when the product doesn't work as advertised it is upsetting. I wish I would have trusted my gut when I noticed there was no money back guarentee. It really was a useless tooth brush, even if your kid likes it.

I wanted to like this product- it sounds so convenient and too good to be true. Unfortunately it was absolutely too good to be true. The first issue was it took forever to get my shipment in. Then I noticed they didn’t even send me the brush heads. I bought the adult whitening package and the kids brush package for my three year old. I had to wait over a week and leave a crummy comment on their Facebook page to get a response back. Then I had to jump through hurdles for them to believe I didn’t get the products I didn’t receive. Once they arrived, I was excited and so was my daughter. I tried the brush on the highest setting, even went back and forth using my hand as if I was brushing my teeth: #1: it literally did not take off ANY plaque- my teeth felt exactly the same as before brushing them. #2: using both the toothbrush and the whitening tray, it was messy, didn’t reach all of my teeth, did not come close to my gum line and drool was coming out everywhere. Not to mention, inevitably the drool and product were going into the electronic part of the device which I can only assume will break the product sooner rather than later. #3: the “bristles” on the brush are like thick gummy plastic and literally don’t even hit your teeth if that makes sense. Like why didn’t they at least use regular toothbrush bristles? In addition, they do not get into nooks and crannies and that is going to cause dental issues down the line. I brushed my teeth with an old fashioned toothbrush and felt so much better. This was not worth my daughter getting cavities and myself feeling like my mouth was still dirty. I was counting down the seconds until I was done using the Autobrush because of how annoying and inconvenient it was. I contacted customer service and they said I would not be able to get a refund or return the products. They told me that everyone else is a satisfied customer and that I must be using it wrong. I watched all their videos and read the directions—making sure I understood fully. Please, do not waste your money. That’s over $200 down the drain and I feel so disappointed that I was scammed into this product. When a company truly believes in their product, they will offer a money back guarantee and would at the very least take an unhappy customer and do what they can to fix the issue instead of claiming they don’t know what they’re doing.
