Customer service? TERRIBLE. Autobrush? Even WORSE! The brush didn't work on my daughter's teeth or my own (bought one child sized and one adult sized) at all! I mean, not even to freshen in the middle of the day. I feel like I was robbed! Please, please hear me on this one...IT IS too good to be true. Total gimmick and false claims. Not to mention the fact that they don't accept returns of any sort, which I now know why. No money back because they can't guarantee their product! WHAT A JOKE! And I also shared my experience with them after they asked me to, and never heard a word back....PLEASE don't waste your time or money with these frauds!

The brush took over 3 weeks to arrive. The first time I used it it triggered violent gag reflex which made it unusable. I contacted customer service and said I want to return it. Instead they offered to send me a smaller brush attachment to hopefully prevent the gagging. I agreed but weeks later the attachment still had not arrived. I requested a refund multiple times as the item is unusable. Their agents flat our ignored all requests forcing me to dispute this with my card and waste 3 months. This company advertises to be "the Tesla of toothbrushes" but is just a fraud. I happen to own a Tesla - immaculate design and superior service - this is NOT what Autobrush is about.

This product does not so what it claims to do. It does not brush. It just vibrates in your mouth and lights up. Waste of money. Do not buy this product because it can't be returned once opened (how else are you going to use it and learn it's junk?).

I'm very disappointed :( I struggle with brushing my teeth due to depression and I thought this product would simplify my routine. It did not clean my teeth at all and I have to brush my teeth with a normal tooth brush after. Unfortunately I wasted $100 I did not have, I really had high hopes for this product.

I regret purchasing this brush, there should be more mouth piece sizes to choose from as no one is a standard size, any other product I've used that has mouth pieces typically has a varietyof sizing. The adult mouth piece is too big for my mouth and causes me to gag while trying to utilize it, and I'm sure the child one would be too small, and now I am unable to return and get my money back even though I haven't had it thirty days.This brush also does not clean effectively, I'm finding myself having to still use my normal brush as well. Don't waste your money here. Of course I'll be sure to check return policies more thoroughly next time too before making a purchase like this, though I never tried a toothbrush that didn't have a 30 day satisfactory or money back.

Terrible. Vibration is very weak and does not brush teeth at all. Teeth do not feel clean afterward. I tryed to post this review on there site but it did not let me. Looks like they only have positive reviews, what a scam!

I heard great things about this product for kids, especially those with autism. I hate how brushing my teeth feels so I thought I'd give it a try..and it's awful. I've tried everything they said, used my own toothpaste, made sure it was charged, physically moved it in all directions in my mouth, and my teeth still feel disgusting. The bristles aren't strong enough to get all the plaque off and the "Bass" vibrations are way too weak. And, no refund policy. This product is way too expensive to not have a guarantee. Never buying from this company again!

Anyone who agrees that this product works perfectly does not brush their teeth correctly or well. This product is HORRIBLE and their refund policy sucks. From the first use of this product I realized it doesn't work as well as its advertised. Plaque was still left on my teeth after 90 secs. Still had to go back and use my toothbrush and it cost me139 and that doesn't include taxes. Sad part about it all. Is that I can't get a refund. Talk about wasting your money.
