I was awaiting my items to ship so I emailed them to check the status. I thought it would take at least a week for them to get back to me but it was less than an hour. Their response time is incredible, they are very considerate and helpful and I would highly recommend this company for the customer service alone. We have yet to try our new products and will update as soon as they arrive.

I saw that they had a sale I missed 3 months ago & I really wanted to try these for my 7 year grandson who’s gotten where he’s not brushing properly recently. The lady was nice to give me the offer I saw even though it was 3 mths old. So I was able to get 1 free after buying 1 which is awesome cause he has 1 for my home & 1 for his parents home. We just just notice today it shipped which is quick cause we just placed the other 2 days ago. Thank u will update review once we get it. Customer service has been awesome so far so I’m sure the product will be too. Thank you!

We bought this brush for our son who HATES brushing! Now we have to limit him to only 3x a day! We recently had some issues with the brush not holding a charge. I sent an email to customer service around 10pm expecting to hear back in a few days. Imagine my surprise when I received a response a few short minutes later! Joie was the rep who helped me and within a few short and specific communications, it was determined I needed a new unit. I received a confirmation of it being sent to me, free of all charges, appx. 30mins after my initial communication! We are very happy with the product and customer service, and I will be recommending these brushes in the future!

I just received the product a few days ago. The concept is cool and I like how it has features that my son really finds attractive. Overall, this is a win for me just because my son, who barely brushes his teeth, is now doing it 2 times a day. I've read reviews both good and bad. Seeing my son do what he doesn't normally do is a step in the right right direction.

My son is 7 years old and I have had to constantly fight him to brush his teeth and as a result he would have really bad dental checkups. I seen the ad for this on my Facebook and was interested as my son has ADHD and the sounds and colors would intrigue him to use it. As soon as I received it my son was instantly all about it! He actually wanted to brush his teeth right away! He uses it all the time and I am really glad that I have found this product!! I also have had a good encounter with their customer service, they replied right away and were extremely helpful when I had to connect with them!

Best Christmas gift for my son! We bought this not knowing if it will work. We thought it was expensive but gave it a try anyway because of the Black Friday discount. My son finally brushes his teeth without a fight!! We’ve had to hold him down as a toddler, bribe, and ground him! He’s now 8! He does this brush just fine! More than once a day too!! And it’s cleaning his teeth so much better than when he was manually doing it himself!! Thank you!!!
